Insurance

We will not charge you a fee for our services relating to insurance, but we will receive commission from the product provider. The commission will be calculated as a proportion of the premiums paid for the insurance product.

You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the fees and charges relating to any insurance policy that we recommend.

Mortgages

For our mortgage advice services we will charge an initial fee of £399. This will be valid for 12 months from the date of your initial full assessment. For a Remortgage we will charge £199 for initial assessment and advice. These fees are not refundable.

Application fee will be charged between £299 and £599 for mortgage cases depending on the timescale and complexity of the service. Lower amount will include simple purchase without additional complexities. Higher amount will be charge in cases like/or similar : BTL purchase, SPV purchase, LTD companies, credit score issues, shared ownership. The fee might be charge again if application needs to be resubmitted, depending on the circumstances. The fee will be charged on application. Fee is not refundable.

Application fee for remortgage will be charged between £199-499 depending on the timescale and complexity of the service. Lower amount will be charged on simple Remortgage without any additional variables. Higher amount will be charged om more complex cases like/or similar: additional borrowing, debt consolidation, transfer of equity. Fee is not refundable.

The fee might be charge again if application needs to be resubmitted, depending on the circumstances. The fee will be charged on application. Fee is not refundable.

Product Transfer we will charge £99 for application. The fee will be charged on application. Fee is not refundable.

We will be paid a procuration fee from the lender
